Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

* The product received is damaged.
* The wrong item was delivered.
* The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.

Conditions for Return

* The item must be unused and in its original condition.
* Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
* Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing packaging may not qualify for return.

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for the same item or another available product of equal value, subject to stock availability.
Refund Policy

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

* Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
* Refunds will be issued through bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or the original payment method where applicable.

 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, certain promotional, discounted, clearance, or final sale items may not be eligible for return or refund.
